The Barn comprises a substantial Grade II Listed detached barn which is constructed of part brick and timber framed construction. Our clients have carried out the following improvement works to include connecting a Three Phase electrical supply and purpose built brick electrical housing, water supply. Gurney Consultant Engineers compiled a structural inspection report covering the brickwork of the building in 2021 resulting in cleaning, repairing and repointing of the brickwork.
